Titanium Agile Gimbal and ARRI Cinema Capabilities
At the core of the hardware is a 4DoF mechanical gimbal that Honor calls the Titanium Agile Gimbal. The motorized stabilization system packs over 100 precision components across 60 manufacturing processes, backed by more than 100 in-house patents.
The motor can rotate the camera at speeds up to 360 degrees per second to keep pace with fast subjects, quick pans, and sudden stops. The camera hardware sitting on the gimbal includes a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens covering a 122-degree field of view, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 2.7x optical zoom. Honor also developed its own image chip for the device, named the Driving Light H1.
To push the phone into professional videography territory, Honor partnered with camera manufacturer ARRI. The collaboration brings features such as 10-bit ARRI LogC3 encoding, LUT color grading files, ARRI Look for mobile imaging, and an ARRI Cinema Mode complete with false-color monitoring, focus peaking, and cinematic aspect ratios.
YOYO Pro and AI-Driven Embodied Intelligence
Beyond physical stabilization, the device relies heavily on software automation through Honor’s Yoyo Pro mode, developed in collaboration with Alibaba’s Qwen large language model. Honor positions the assistant as a step toward embodied intelligence,
where AI interacts with the physical world and executes complex workflows on behalf of the user.

Engadget reporting on MagicOS and YOYO Robot Mode noted that the system integrates multimodal perception, contextual understanding, gesture recognition, and physical movement.
The AI system can understand a user’s situation, recognize emotional states, and execute more than 100 steps consecutively from a single command. The interface also supports hands-free gesture control to deploy the camera arm and activate tracking modes. Users can issue natural language voice commands such as turn around for 5 seconds,
prompting the motorized camera to respond instantly.
