PK Kemsley is asking a judge in his ongoing divorce proceedings to grant him sole control over the sale of his and his estranged wife Dorit Kemsley’s 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom Los Angeles-area estate, according to court documents obtained by AOL. The property, reportedly worth around $8 million, is facing a potential foreclosure auction by the lender within weeks.

In his recent legal filing, PK claims that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
star failed to make mortgage payments despite pulling in massive checks from the show, even though he moved out of the home following their split and initially continued contributing to bills. PK stated that the home may be put up for auction unless Dorit lists it immediately, noting that he recently put up $300,000 of his own funds to pay mortgage arrears and prevent foreclosure after an agreement that she would sign a deal to reimburse him from a future sale.
Dorit, however, has disputed the claims, alleging that PK is manufacturing an emergency simply to force her out of the house and sell it off. According to TMZ, Dorit claims that PK has sufficient funds to cover the unpaid balance as well as monthly child and spousal support.
Clashing Accounts Over Finances and Spending
The financial dispute follows a public fallout between the pair, who went public with their separation in May 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage, with Dorit filing to legally end their union in April of the following year. In court documents cited by pagesix.com, PK accused Dorit of spending $995,270 on wardrobe-related expenses between December 2024 and March 2026, citing specific luxury charges including $69,000 each at Louis Vuitton and Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès, and $22,000 at Saint Honore.
Dorit hit back against the spending accusations via Instagram in June, writing, Do I love fashion? Yes. Do I spend a lot of money on clothes? Expensive clothes? Designer clothes? Yes. It is my choice. It is also my money. It’s my money that I earn, that I work for. Not his money.
She also scoffed at the notion that she spent close to $1 million on clothes without acknowledging that she returned items as well.
In an emotional email sent to Dorit on June 26, 2024—two months after their split—PK warned her that their current expenses were unsustainable. Last week, I sent you a respectful and straightforward text email noting that our current expenses are not sustainable and will be devastating to our family if not promptly addressed and rectified,
he wrote.
Dispute Over European Trip and Child Care
The legal filing also addresses tensions surrounding travel and co-parenting their two children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10. PK alleged that Dorit departed for an extended European vacation lasting a minimum of three weeks without an established return date. According to the court documents, the children are currently in Florida with Dorit’s parents and a nanny, and neither the children, the nanny, nor PK were informed of when she would return.
PK argued that the trip illustrates [her] prioritization of personal travel over addressing the urgent financial crisis facing [their] family home.
He further accused Dorit of thwarting his summer travel plans with the children by allowing their passports to expire. Dorit maintains that she takes care of the children 95% of the time, a point that PK disputes, while PK’s June 2024 email also accused her of trying to weaponize his sobriety and delegating parenting duties to nannies or her parents during her filming and travel commitments.
