Sherine Abdel Wahab returns to the music scene with two new tracks, Kan Andak Kam Sana
and Khayen, releasing today at 6:00 PM Cairo time via Warner Music MENA, following her recent summer concert success in the North Coast.
The singer is expanding her current musical output with a double release. She announced the arrival of Kan Andak Kam Sana
and Khayen through a post on her official Facebook account (according to Cairo 24 reporting). The songs are set to go live across major streaming platforms in the evening.
Sherine Pairs Classic Visuals with Industry Veterans
For the promotional campaign, Sherine shared a black-and-white promotional poster on her Instagram account featuring an elegant aesthetic alongside the titles of both new tracks (as detailed by Youlyou). Industry disclosures show that the track Khayen brings together a notable creative team, featuring lyrics by Ayman Bahgat Kamar, composition by Walid Saad, arrangement by Ahmed Ibrahim, and mastering by Toma (Shorouknews confirmed the production credits).

Ten Months Separate New Releases from Prior Duets
Today’s double release follows a quiet period of ten months since her last work, Bahreya (Almasryalyoum noted the timeline). Earlier, she partnered with Mohamed Hamaki on the duet Bahreya, which serves as the second song from his album Samouny (Elbalad reported on the Hamaki collaboration). That track was written and composed by Aziz El Shafey, with mixing and mastering handled by Touma. The musical pairing between the two vocalists featured lyrics that playfully incorporated references to parents and serving tea in the afternoon.
Sherine’s catalog continues to pull massive streaming numbers. Her track Tabaan Tabaan, also penned and composed by Aziz El Shafey with arrangement by Touma and guitar work by Ahmed Hussein, surpassed high numbers of streams on the production company’s official YouTube channel, while other platform counts for the same release have climbed even higher (Shorouknews outlined the viewing statistics).

International Tour Plans Target Lebanon and UAE
The singer’s return to active recording comes on the heels of a successful public concert in the North Coast, which marked her comeback to large-scale performances in Egypt after a hiatus (Cairo 24 noted the reception of her live return). Building on that momentum, her business manager, Nasser Beijato, stated that Sherine is preparing for a series of international concerts starting in November, currently weighing options between Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates for her first stop abroad. Beijato also emphasized that the performer is currently working tirelessly around the clock to ready even more new songs for her audience in the near future.
Which country will ultimately host her first stop abroad between Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates?
