WPD Seeks RNC Reimbursement for Overtime Expenses

The WPD plans to submit a reimbursement request to the RNC for overtime expenses, as confirmed by Captain Moses. The event, which marked Trump’s only Kansas stop before the midterm election, saw the cancellation of a planned Salina rally. Kansas Republican Party officials cited a shift to tele-town halls to maximize reach, with executive director Rob Fillion stating, “him being able to hit multiple locations at the same time is probably more valuable for his time.” The Park City rally precedes the Nov. 3 general election, with Trump focusing on GOP congressional candidates like Senator Roger Marshall.
