Burlington Targets Younger Shoppers with House of Burl
Burlington debuted its “House of Burl Holiday” campaign in early November 2026, marking the second installment of a brand platform developed with creative agency Tombras. The :30 hero film anchors the retailer as a destination for style-conscious consumers, trading traditional holiday tropes for a high-energy party atmosphere.
A Disco-Infused Aesthetic Shift
The campaign features a remix of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love,” reimagined by Mr. Belt & Wezol. Cameos from Love Island personalities Kaylor Martin and Amaya Espinal drive the visual narrative, signaling Burlington’s effort to court a younger demographic. By emphasizing self-expression through a rotating inventory, the brand aims to position itself as a source for curated, individual looks.
For Martin, the collaboration is deeply personal. “I grew up shopping at Burlington in Pittsburgh, so being part of this campaign is such a full-circle moment for me,” she said. She added that she hopes the partnership shows others from similar backgrounds that big things are possible, no matter where you come from.
The Economic Logic of Off-Price Retail
Chris Miller, executive vice president, chief marketing officer at Burlington, noted the campaign intends to show shoppers they can “gift thoughtfully and dress for any occasion” without exhausting their budgets. The retailer’s logic is simple: by securing apparel at off-price points, consumers retain more disposable income for other holiday expenses.
“For the holidays, we wanted to turn up the volume and show what happens when great fashion, incredible finds, and a little extra spending power come together,” said Ashley Davis Marshall, Chief Creative Officer at Tombras.

Multi-Channel Strategy in a Crowded Market
The campaign is currently deploying across national streaming, broadcast TV, paid media, and social.
Burlington’s focus on off-price merchandise places it in a segment that historically sees increased interest during economic cycles where consumers prioritize value. The company is betting that its “have it all without spending it all” message will differentiate its brand identity during the 2026 holiday season.
