The final statewide high school boys soccer coaches polls released by OSAAtoday on October 27 paint a clear picture of dominance as teams across Oregon prepare for the postseason.

In the 6A classification, Jesuit claimed the top spot with eight first-place votes and a 12-1-1 record, holding firm at number one over 92 total points. Just behind them in a tight race at the top, Lakeridge and Lincoln locked down the second-line tier. Lakeridge pulled in one first-place vote with a 12-1-1 mark for 76 points, matching Lincoln’s 76-point tally built on a 10-1-3 record. Cleveland sits close behind at fourth with a 10-0-4 record and 74 points, followed by Beaverton at 10-2-2 with 57 points.

Rounding out the top ten in 6A, Grant secured sixth place at 10-3-1 with 53 points, while McMinnville grabbed a single first-place vote to land seventh at 10-1-3 with 45 points. South Eugene holds the eighth spot with a 13-0-1 record and 39 points, followed by McDaniel at 8-3-3 with 16 points, and Ida B. Wells rounding out the field at tenth with a 9-4-1 record and 15 points. No teams dropped out of the 6A rankings in this final poll.

OSAAtoday compiles these coaches polls throughout the autumn to generate interest and discussion across the state. However, these rankings have no impact on the OSAA’s RPI and Colley ratings, which form the formal basis for OSAA playoff seedings.
