Info Edge Billings Rise 12.8% in Q2 Ahead of Board Results
Info Edge (India) Ltd reported preliminary standalone billings of ₹822.3 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, marking a 12.8% increase from ₹729.0 crore during the same period a year earlier. The update provides an early view of operating momentum ahead of a scheduled board meeting on October 28, 2026, where directors will consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for both the September quarter and the first half of fiscal year 2027.
The provisional figures offer investors a look at demand across the company’s internet platforms, which include the recruitment portal Naukri.com and the real estate listings site 99acres, before official revenue and profit metrics are published. Recruitment solutions remained the largest contributor to the standalone totals, recording billings of ₹613.8 crore in Q2 FY27. That figure represents a 12.6% increase over the ₹545.0 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Management noted that after adjusting for shifts in customer renewal timing, the underlying growth within the recruitment segment was approximately 14% to 15% year-on-year.
99acres Billings Growth Accelerates in September Quarter
Growth at 99acres accelerated during the September quarter, with billings rising 21.2% year-on-year. That pace outstripped the 16.5% year-on-year growth recorded in Q1 FY27. While Info Edge did not disclose an absolute Q2 billing amount for the real estate platform, the comparative growth rate points to faster activity in bookings during the quarter.
For the six months ended September 30, 2026, Info Edge’s standalone billings increased 13.5% to ₹1,559.3 crore, compared with ₹1,373.2 crore for the first half of FY26. While these figures trace top-line billing momentum, company disclosures remind investors that billings are an operating metric and do not equate directly to reported revenue or net profit.

Board Agenda Includes Interim Dividend Consideration
During the October 28, 2026 meeting, the board will review the un-audited financial results and evaluate the declaration of an interim dividend for FY27. The company has designated November 6, 2026, as the conditional record date for determining shareholder eligibility for any approved payout. Trading windows for designated persons remain closed until 48 hours following the release of the financial results.
This follows a prior dividend cycle where Info Edge declared a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share on May 22, 2026, with an ex-date and record date of July 24, 2026. That final payout brought total FY26 dividends to ₹8.40 per share, including ₹4.80 distributed across two earlier interim tranches. Whether the upcoming October session results in a comparable interim dividend remains entirely dependent on formal board approval.
