Tullahoma Medical Center Opens to Expand Regional Cancer Care Access

Tennessee Oncology opened its new 33,000-square-foot Tullahoma Medical Center at 2230 N. Jackson Street on Monday, August 3, 2026, bringing medical oncology, radiation oncology, and imaging services under one roof in Tullahoma’s north commercial gateway. The organization treats nearly half the cancer patients in the state, according to tnoncology.com.

Situated on a three-acre campus, the facility is designed to provide comprehensive cancer care close to where patients live and work. Natalie Dickson, MD, president and CEO of Tennessee Oncology, noted that the opening coincides with the organization’s 50th anniversary of caring for patients across the state.

“As Tennessee Oncology celebrates its 50th anniversary of caring for patients across our state, I can’t think of a better example of our commitment to bringing world-class cancer care close to home than the opening of our new comprehensive cancer center in Tullahoma,” Dr. Dickson said. “By bringing multiple services together in one location, we’re making care more coordinated, easier to navigate and more accessible for patients and their families. This new facility represents a significant investment in the health and future of the Tullahoma community.”

The facility will be staffed by an established medical oncology team consisting of Drs. Ryan Carr, Nnamdi Eze, and Brian Schlick, who have long served patients in the Tullahoma community and are relocating their practice to the new site. Radiation oncology services will be led by Dr. Andrew Camarata and Dr. Lauren Kropp, who recently joined Tennessee Oncology.

Dr. Dickson also credited the legacy of Dr. Mainuddin Ahmed and Dr. Adil Mohyuddin, whose past dedication to regional cancer care laid the foundation for the new center.

Tennessee Oncology partnered with the City of Tullahoma, the local business community, Precise Construction, Grace Herbert Curtis Architects, and Johnson Development to complete the project. To mark the opening, a community open house is scheduled for Monday, August 31, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
