Trenton Woman Faces Felony Stalking Charges After Violating No-Contact Order at Eminem’s Home

A Trenton, Michigan, woman is currently jailed and facing felony charges after allegedly breaching a court-mandated no-contact order and appearing at the Clinton Township residence of Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem. Security teams alerted law enforcement on Tuesday, October 27, after spotting the individual outside the property.

Authorities identified the woman as Nicole Gwen Savage. Responding officers took Savage into custody without incident following the security notification.

Arraignment and Bond Conditions in Macomb County

Savage was arraigned on Wednesday at the 41B District Court in Clinton Township, where she was formally charged with one count of aggravated stalking. The charge stands as a five-year felony, representing the maximum criminal charge available under the law based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office.

Magistrate set Savage’s bond at $250,000 cash or surety with no 10% provision. Alongside the bond requirements, the court issued strict operational directives. Savage was ordered to maintain absolute no-contact with Mathers, possess zero weapons, and remain within the state of Michigan while the legal proceedings remain active. If she posts the required bond, she must wear a GPS tether at all times.

Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido addressed the public safety stakes surrounding the arrest in a news release issued on Thursday.

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home and go about their daily lives without fear of being harassed or stalked. No one is exempt from these protections, regardless of their public profile or celebrity status.

Savage Scheduled to Appear in Court in November

Investigators have not disclosed the specific prior incidents or exact timeline that originally prompted the court to issue the injunctive order barring Savage from contacting Mathers. Court records indicate that Savage is scheduled to return for a probable cause conference at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 9.
