EarnIn is actively recruiting a Marketing Strategist with product marketing expertise for a hybrid role based out of its Mountain View office, with a base salary range stretching from $164,000 to $200,500.
Shaping Financial Flexibility for Paycheck-to-Paycheck Earners
As one of the first pioneers in earned wage access, the company builds products designed to deliver real-time financial flexibility. The platform lets community members access their earnings as they earn them. Users gain options to spend, save, and grow their money without facing mandatory fees, interest rates, or credit checks.
Backed by prominent funding partners including A16Z, Matrix Partners, DST, and Ribbit Capital, the firm maintains a healthy core business with a tremendous runway. That financial backing fuels rapid expansion, creating the need to bring world-class talent onboard to guide the next chapter of growth.

The newly posted position requires an experienced strategist who can blend creativity with hard data. This individual will steer product success by driving strategic marketing initiatives that boost customer engagement and adoption. Defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies forms the core of the day-to-day mandate, requiring close coordination between product and creative teams.
The Responsibilities and Requirements of the Mountain View Role
Candidates stepping into this hybrid position must work from the Mountain View office at least two days per week. Total compensation includes equity and benefits alongside the $164,000 to $200,500 base salary range, which varies depending on role, level, and location.
The selected strategist will act as the lead marketer for a specific business unit or product. Responsibilities include shaping the marketing vision alongside product teams, building audience segmentations, and sizing opportunities through market and competitive insights. The role manages the full marketing lifecycle, from initial product development and launch to long-term growth and expansion.
Applicants must bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy and/or Product Marketing, preferably with a B2C company, with a track record of leading product launches.
- A proven track record of leading product launches and driving go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills paired with exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with fintech-card, banking, or payments verticals as a bonus qualification.
Connecting Strategy Across Markets
Organizations often seek out professionals who excel when a product is strong but the market does not yet understand it, when messaging is fractured across teams, or when the core story remains confined to someone’s head instead of reaching the page or the pitch.
