Milwaukee Brewers Secure First World Series Title in Franchise History
The Milwaukee Brewers are World Series champions for the first time in franchise history, capturing the title in the 122nd World Series and ending generations of waiting for fans across Wisconsin. The victory marks the franchise’s first appearance in the championship round since 1982.
To mark the milestone, the organization announced a full day of public events scheduled for Friday, October 30. The celebration will feature a parade winding through downtown Milwaukee alongside a large fan festival and rally.
Parade Route and Henry Maier Festival Park Schedule
The championship parade kicks off at 10 a.m. on Friday, starting at the intersection of N. 4th Street and W. Wisconsin Avenue. From there, the procession moves through the heart of Wisconsin Avenue before concluding at Henry Maier Festival Park, where the post-parade rally takes place.
Festival grounds open early at 8 a.m. General admission to the park grounds is free for all fans until the venue reaches capacity. Large video screens across the grounds will display live parade coverage, accompanied by live music, food, and beverages.
Fans Can Buy Tickets and Rally Merchandise
Fans wishing to sit inside the American Family Insurance Amphitheater for the rally speeches can purchase tickets starting with staggered season seat member presales at 10 a.m., followed by a public on-sale at 2 p.m. Net proceeds from amphitheater ticket sales benefit the Brewers Community Foundation. Fans without amphitheater seats can watch the speeches on video boards throughout the festival grounds.
Associated Bank is providing limited-edition championship rally towels for the first 50,000 fans at the rally. Exclusive parade and rally merchandise will be available for purchase at Henry Maier Festival Park, while the Brewers Team Store at American Family Field opened its doors at 9 a.m. on October 29 to handle initial championship gear sales.
American Family Insurance presents the rally, while Potawatomi Casino Hotel sponsors the live broadcast. Local station FOX 6 will air the celebration live for viewers across the region.
