The actress shared a series of images documenting the outing with her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., and their son, who recently swapped his longer hair for a close-cropped buzz cut.

The rare public family glimpse highlights an enduring Hollywood romance. Gellar and Prinze Jr. met while filming the 1997 horror movie I Know What You Did Last Summer and married in 2002.
